Education is the only empowering tool for a person that can help achieve any thing else in this world.

Born in a humble family of farmers in the village of Koru Uppalapdau, Sri Radha Krishna Murthy Chidipothu is a passionate self-learner. His Ideas and Ideologies were innovative and strong from his childhood. After completing his basic formal education, he stepped into his family profession and landed in to setting up multiple entities. Whatever he does or wherever he stays, he always believed in his roots and the village he grew up. However when he lost his Brother Late Sri Paparao Garu, he was devastated and left all his businesses and opportunities came back with a determination to do something in his brother's name. This led to the first steps of establishing the "Paparao Educational Academy".

He dedicated his whole life towards the development of the Society and worked day and night for the school he setup. He is a great philanthropist, one among being the donation of Private Land for setting up Power substation in his village. He is a lifelong farmer and Nature lover.

With a noble ambition to make his brother's name Sri. Paparao Garu eternal he started "Paparao Public School" in 1986 which today forms the base of "Paparao High School" and "Paparao Primary School" .
